Section 01

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and rich2club (hereinafter referred to as "rich2club", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), which operates the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://rich2club.cam (the "Platform" or "Website").

By creating an account, accessing the Website, placing a bet, or using any service offered by rich2club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

rich2club provides online casino gaming, sports betting including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, and international football markets, live dealer games, lottery products, crash games, and related wagering services. All services are intended solely for adults who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of this Agreement.

Section 02

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual player account created upon successful registration on the rich2club platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including real-money deposits and credited bonuses where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, free bet, or cashback awarded by rich2club subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money funds from a Player into their rich2club Account via an approved payment method, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online, or Hong Leong Connect.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and document verification process required by rich2club to confirm a Player's identity, age, and source of funds.
• "Platform" means the rich2club website, mobile interface, and any associated applications or services.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as real funds.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary agreement by a Player to be blocked from accessing their Account for a defined or indefinite period.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the official currency of Malaysia and the sole transaction currency on the rich2club platform.

Section 03

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on rich2club, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. rich2club strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. This age requirement applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
2. You must be a natural person of legal capacity. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, or other entities are not permitted to register as Players.
3. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of rich2club or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person.
5. You must not have been previously excluded from the rich2club platform or any related service under a self-exclusion agreement, unless that exclusion period has formally expired.
6. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the point of registration and keep such information updated at all times.

Section 04

Registration & Account Management

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the rich2club platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.

Upon detecting the existence of duplicate accounts, rich2club reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and wagers, and permanently forfeit any balances, including real-money deposits that cannot be clearly attributed to a single legitimate account, subject to applicable law.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account username, password, and any other authentication credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. rich2club will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify rich2club immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. rich2club may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation.

Section 05

Terms of Use

The rich2club platform is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Your use of the Platform must comply at all times with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide to rich2club is accurate, current, and complete.
• You access the Platform from your personal device and for your personal use only.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any other software to interact with the Platform without express written authorisation from rich2club.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or circumvent any game outcome, RNG system, odds calculation, or security feature of the Platform.
• You accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose funds wagered on the Platform.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any other activity intended to artificially manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers in bad faith.

rich2club reserves the right to monitor Player activity on the Platform for compliance with these Terms. Suspicious betting patterns, system abuse, or evidence of coordinated exploitation will result in immediate account review and potential termination.

Section 06

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on rich2club are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). rich2club supports the following approved payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. rich2club may require KYC verification to be completed before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to the completion of active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds will be declined or adjusted accordingly.

rich2club reserves the right to impose transaction limits, request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions, and delay or decline withdrawals where fraud, money laundering, or account irregularities are suspected. All such actions will be communicated to the Player in writing where legally permissible.

Section 07

Bonuses & Promotions

rich2club may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, referral rewards, and other incentive schemes from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, time limits, and maximum cashout caps.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per promotion period, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the stated Wagering Requirement before any related winnings may be withdrawn.
• rich2club reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Players found to be abusing bonus terms — including through coordinated wagering, use of multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of low-risk wager patterns — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only unless otherwise specified.

Section 08

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on rich2club are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, market, or event. These rules are accessible within each game or betting section of the Platform and form part of this Agreement by reference.

General betting rules applicable across all products include:

• Bets are accepted and confirmed at the time of placement. rich2club is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the Player's end.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, manifest error, or system malfunction, rich2club reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players.
• Live betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time, including mid-event, at the sole discretion of rich2club's trading team.
• Results for sporting events, including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and UFC, are determined by the relevant governing body. rich2club will rely on official results once declared.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. All games are subject to independent audit and certification.
• Maximum payout limits apply on a per-bet and per-day basis. Specific limits are displayed within the applicable betting or gaming interface.

Section 09

Responsible Gambling

rich2club is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its entire player base. We recognise that gambling can become harmful when it is no longer treated as a form of entertainment, and we maintain a range of tools to support Players in managing their activity.

The following tools are available to all registered Players through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Define the maximum duration of a single gaming session. An alert will be displayed when your limit is reached.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications showing the duration of your current session and net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of 24 hours up to a permanent exclusion. rich2club will process all self-exclusion requests immediately upon receipt.
• Account Closure: Players may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting our support team.

rich2club strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all registered users. We employ age verification at registration and reserve the right to conduct enhanced checks at any time. Gambling by persons under 21 is not permitted under any circumstances.

Section 10

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rich2club platform and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and potential legal action:

• Registration by persons under 21 years of age, or facilitation of such registration.
• Use of the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or withdrawal processing.
• Operating or using a bot, crawler, automated script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with Platform features.
• Engaging in or facilitating collusion, match-fixing, or insider wagering in relation to any sporting or gaming event offered on the Platform.
• Chargebacks or disputed payment reversals initiated without legitimate cause, including instances where the Player has received the service paid for.
• Systematic exploitation of odds errors, software bugs, or promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Sharing login credentials, selling, or transferring Account access to any third party.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward rich2club staff or other users.

Section 11

Intellectual Property

All content on the rich2club Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, data compilations, betting markets, game titles, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of rich2club or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from rich2club.

Any unauthorised use of rich2club's intellectual property — including screenshotting, recording, or redistributing game content for commercial gain — is a violation of applicable intellectual property law and will be pursued accordingly.

Section 12

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rich2club, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure — arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

rich2club does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Where jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of loss, such exclusions and limitations shall apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

In any event, rich2club's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with a single cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Section 13

Termination & Account Closure

rich2club reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice in the event of:

• A breach or suspected breach of these Terms by the Player.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicious account activity consistent with fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction requiring account closure.
• Detection of a Player under the minimum age of 21.

Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by submitting a request to our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of identity verification.

Section 14

Amendments to These Terms

rich2club reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, rich2club will provide reasonable notice to Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Section 15

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law and the internal operating policies of rich2club.

In the event of a dispute, Players are required to first contact rich2club's customer support team at [email protected] and allow a period of not less than 30 calendar days for the matter to be resolved through internal dispute resolution processes before escalating to any external forum.

rich2club will make reasonable efforts to resolve all genuine disputes in good faith and in a timely manner. Records of all bets, transactions, and account activities are maintained by rich2club and shall be treated as the definitive record in the event of a dispute regarding outcome or account history.
